The United Nations has led the way in adopting of a comprehensive international legal framework to prevent human trafficking, yet tens of millions of women, men, and children in every part of the world are trafficked each year\u2014an egregious violation of their human rights.<\/p>\n

The NGO Committee to Stop Trafficking is a coalition of non-governmental organizations working together with private sector partners to strengthen the programs and policies of the United Nations and member states that will bring an end to human trafficking in all its forms worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We gather and disseminate information about the social and economic conditions in local, regional, and international settings that contribute to the vulnerability of individuals to being trafficked.<\/p>\n

Rosalee Keech is currently serving as United Nations Observer for ECPAT\/USA.\u00a0 <\/span>She previously served as Chief Observer to the United Nations for the League of Women Voters of the United States (2011-2021).\u00a0 <\/span>She is continuing her work at the United Nations, focusing on increasing women\u2019s leadership and participation in democratic political processes, human rights, and preventing\u00a0violence against all women and girls.\u00a0 <\/span>Rosalee Keech<\/b>\u00a0also serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Committee to Stop Trafficking in Persons, member of the New Jersey Attorney General\u2019s\u00a0Human Trafficking Task Force and chair of its Outreach and Awareness as well as its Business & Industry Advisory Committees. Additionally, she is a\u00a0member of the Board of Directors at\u00a0the Jewish Home at Rockleigh and JH@Home.\u00a0 <\/span>Her previous roles include Executive Secretary and Board of Directors for the Jersey City Employment and Training Program, Inc. (2019-2020), advisor to the International Center for Abuse Prevention (2018-2020), Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters of the United States (2014-2016) and was governor appointee to the NJ Board of Professional Planners (2002-2017).\u00a0 <\/span>Ms. Keech is a retired Information Officer and graduated\u00a0from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and Education and a MBA in Finance from New York\u00a0University. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Jamillah A. Mantilla is a servant of God who preaches Christ and re-emphasizes the need to reject darkness and invite divine light into our lives. She holds a strong opinion that in the absence of light, there is darkness, and you should never allow your light to be dimmed through abuse, disappointment, and rejection because you are not meant to live in a false perception of your ordained life.<\/p>\n

On August 28, 2002, Apostle, Dr. Jamillah Mantilla was called into the ministry and preached her first sermon on December 15th, 2002. Her foundational scripture since 2002 is Galatians 2:20. In 2020, she and her husband Pastor Miguel Mantilla were called to plant a 24\/7\/365 Apostolic Global Favor Prayer Embassy (GFPE) (www.globalfavor.org) designed to reach the nations of the world through the vehicles of prayer, praise and worship coupled with a Global Embassy (www.globalembassy.world); an Apostolic hub where emissaries meet to transact Kingdom business, fellowship, learn, heal, and are refreshed.<\/p>\n

Her understanding of the spiritual dimension has been tested and tried from the tender age of five to adulthood. A myriad of encounters kept her in a demonic prison pipeline of life but through her deep-seated faith in GOD, was able to lengthen her cords and emerge graciously in full eloquence without apology. Her radical life experiences will take you on a journey to experience the minimum to maximum, resulting in living a perpetual GOD Morning of joy and peace.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jamillah A. Mantilla is the President and Visionary Founder of Global Business Imagineer Enterprises, Inc. (www.globalbusinessimagineers.com), she\u2019s Bloomberg certified with a demonstrated history of Wall Street trading and training, coaching, leadership, public speaking, corporate infrastructure implementation, capacity building solutions and models for hundreds of enterprises across the globe. Over the years, her wealth of experience has positioned her to be a keynote speaker at various industry and empowerment events globally.<\/p>\n

Dr. Mantilla has a never-ending desire for knowledge expansion, and this is evident with 9 Board Certifications in the Clinical Philosophy field. She believes there is a direct link between business success and personal growth. Starting a business and building financial wealth is a lifetime journey. Part of her consulting practice has included assessment and coaching to help individuals identify possible hindrances and assist them with reaching their full potentials.<\/p>\n

Her life\u2019s passion is accomplished through her role on the United Nations NGO Committee to Stop Trafficking in Persons. Dr. Mantilla served as co-convener of the United Nations Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Working Group, which focuses on the critical role of CSR as a necessity for private sector collaboration with governments and civil society to combat human trafficking around the world. Currently, she serves as the Corporate Secretary of the organization.<\/p>\n

She has served as a valuable resource and strategic business partner to support organizations in producing results. She joyfully serves as a business Ambassador and spiritual counselor.<\/p>\n

As with many nerds, it all started with a book. Katherine learned about human trafficking through fiction at the ripe age of fourteen, discovered the horrifying truth that slavery still exists today, and resolved she\u2019d spend her life working with the best anti-trafficking teams to prevent and end trafficking of persons. A current resident of Washington DC, she has coauthored human trafficking prevention curriculum with UNITAS USA that is currently being implemented in every public school in DC and New York. Her international anti-trafficking work began with joining the NGO Committee to Stop Trafficking in Persons (CSTIP) in 2019, and she now represents Voices4Freedom on the CSTIP Steering Committee. At New York University, Katherine authored research papers on \u201cA Historical Analysis of Human Trafficking International Laws & Two Theoretical Questions,\u201d \u201cCross-Paradigmatic Collaborative Curriculum Building: Shaping a Lesson Plan from a Cold Workshop to Prevent Human Trafficking,\u201d and \u201cThe Chains of Neoliberalism: How Neoliberalism Effects the Human Rights of Prostitutes.\u201d She will earn her Juris Doctorate in 2024 from American University Washington College of Law.<\/span><\/p>\n
